I have been conducting ceremonies for both cub scout and boy scout units for over 12 years.  Having conducted hundreds of ceremonies for numerous scouting units, and training others to do the same, I have noticed that there are many internet sites with ceremony scripts and songs. Yet there are few that contain information about how to put on a great ceremony, and even fewer that supply a complete line of ceremony props and award recognitions in one place.
