Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, we will assist you with a refund. Please contact us before returning an item. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Returned item needs to be received within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.
  • Returned Item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
  • Since most merchandise are special ordered from manufacturers, we charge a 15% restocking fee for item returned.
  • We do not accept returns on special orders.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item.

Please be advised that Cyberbase Trading Post is NOT a physical store. This shop is run by a volunteer scouter to provide you with a convenient way to find ceremony supplies. Most of the products you order will be drop-shipped directly from my suppliers and may take 2 or 3 weeks to deliver.   Occassionally, a product may be out of stock.
